Check-In

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Notice

For all appointment types; the time needed for the service(s) or Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule, we require 24-Hours notice for all services. Please either cancel/reschedule via Square Appointments or call us at (305) 570-5068 during our business hours of Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm or email us at contact@orikiwellness.com during closed days/time.

For individual bookings; failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in a $50 charge for every hour of reserved time you booked.

For packages; failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in the reduction of time for 1/2 a session or subjected to being charge for the amount of 1/2 the price of the service being provided at the individual rate, not the package/discounted rate.

Age Guidelines

Guest must be 18 years old or older to proceed with a service without an adult.

Minors MUST have adult supervision AT ALL TIME and SIGN CONSENT FORM.

Harassment & Safety

Possession of Dangerous Weapons is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Harassment of staff or guest, in any way, will result in IMMEDIATE EXPULSION from the premise; will also be reported.

Cameras, recording devices and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited inside of lobby and any service room for your safety as well as our own.

Creating excessive noise or an otherwise disruptive environment will result in being asked to leave.

ORIKI is a drug & smoke free zone. Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited. We reserves the right to refuse the admission of or eject those who are under the influence or who have any condition that poses a threat to the health or safety of themselves and/or others.

ORIKI accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of valuables and jewelry at any time on the spa premises.

If anyone is requested to leave for being disruptive, harassing or creating a hostile environment; you will be charged for the full amount of the service along with a 20% tip and will be ban from our establishment.
